Introduction
- Use the cake cutting machine produced by our company (hereinafter referred to as “cutting machine”), according to customer requirements, highly customized, please be sure to follow the normal steps.
- Please read this manual carefully before using the cutting machine to avoid operating errors. Proper operation and periodic inspections are important to the life and safety of the equipment and its important factors.
- The cutting machine has one and only one purpose. The cake is simply placed on the turntable and moved horizontally up and down to achieve the effect of cutting the cake. Do not use the cutter for work other than cutting the machine to avoid damaging the cutter.
- All operators must be trained.

Third, the operation guide
3.1, Check before use
- If the cutting machine is damaged during transportation, it must not be put into use and must be contacted by the dealer.
- Please check carefully before operation to ensure no faults.
3.2, the operation instructions of the cutting machine
- The cutting machine can only be placed on a flat ground. Do not place it on uneven ground to avoid poor cutting.
- Turn on the main power switch (red emergency stop button, see Figure 2), turn on the screen; press the main power switch, and the screen will shut down.
- Press the yellow button to reset the whole machine.
- Only after the whole machine is reset, you need to enter the interface to select the circle or square. Because the circle is selected, the system automatically cuts the cake by default, and selects the square. The system automatically cuts the cake by default. After the above steps are completed, press the green button to automatically transport the whole machine.

Caveat:
1. On the cutting machine, can’t put the handle into the cover during the cutting process to take the cake and prevent it from being cut.
2. The operator must be trained to operate the cutting machine.
Fourth, maintenance guide
4.1, Management Inspection:
The cutting machine should be regularly checked and maintained daily to prevent fatigue and wear and tear of the parts, and to detect possible hidden dangers in time.
1) Daily inspection
Check the cutting blade for damage and clean the work surface.
2) Weekly inspection
The operator should clean the machine every week. It must detect whether the screws in the important parts are loose and the limit switch is loose.
3) Annual inspection
Check that the cylinder components are running smoothly and replace as appropriate.
5. Handling and warehousing
The cutter must be placed in a horizontal position during transport and storage. In storage, it should be kept clean to avoid moisture and harsh weather conditions, and the ambient temperature should not be too high.
